Brittany Williams joined the Christian Outreach Center in May 2021 and has served in a variety of roles throughout the organization. Today, she divides her responsibilities between serving as a Case Manager and an Essential Services worker, providing direct support and assistance to individuals and families in need.
Brittany’s work is deeply personal. Having once been part of the ALICE population—Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed—she understands firsthand the challenges faced by hardworking individuals and families who are earning an income but still struggling to make ends meet. That lived experience gives her a unique ability to connect with clients with empathy, understanding, and encouragement.
Her own journey has become part of the purpose behind her work at COC, allowing her to help others navigate many of the same barriers she has experienced herself. Brittany is currently pursuing a degree in social work, furthering her knowledge and skills as she continues her commitment to serving and empowering the community.
