Blankets & Bibles: Christmas Donation Drive
Happy Giving Tuesday! To celebrate, we are kicking off our BLANKETS & BIBLES donation drive for the 2016 Christmas season.
We are collecting new or gently-used blankets from now until Tuesday, December 20.
Each donated blanket will be paired with a Bible and will be gifted to an individual in need in Downtown Baton Rouge.
The Christian Outreach Center’s ministries have helped develop a great relationship with the local homeless community. We will be delivering these blankets and Bibles before Christmas Day.
This is a wonderful opportunity to give someone the Ultimate Gift this Christmas season. While a blanket warms a body, we know that the Word of God warms a heart.
You may visit either location of The Purple Cow (6586 Jones Creek Road or 3651 Perkins Road) during store hours to drop of your blanket donations.
We look forward to partnering together to help the homeless in our city.
